About Me

Joanne Chando is a national speaker, and instructor who has engaged and enlightened audiences across the country for 35 years! Her brand of humor not only sticks with you and your event attendees, but will also enable everyone to learn and have fun!

Joanne began her national speaking, and instruction path in the real estate industry, an industry she has been active in for 35 years. After many years surviving and thriving in the New York real estate business (and weather!) she became a Florida Real Estate Broker upon moving to Southwest Florida in 1997 with her husband, John. She’s been a Broker/Owner since 2005 and is a long-time RPAC Major Investor with a commitment to REALTOR® Advocacy and personal property rights.

A 2009 Leadership Academy graduate at Florida REALTORS®, Joanne has also served on Professional Development, Professional Standards, Professionalism, Leadership Academy, GARD and other committees. Joanne has served as a Florida REALTORS® Director for many years. In 2015, she was awarded with her 11-year Florida REALTORS® Honor Society Pin. She is certified to teach many CE classes and designations.

Joanne is also a published author and a resource for nationwide industry journals, such as Inman News, Florida REALTORS® and others. She has authored fictional short stories and non-fiction articles and columns for national publications such as RWA Report, Long Island Women’s Business News and more.

Joanne has delighted audiences across the country as a keynote speaker for numerous market segments, such as real estate, academia, medical and entrepreneurship, just to name a handful!
